Wood Product Purchases
All items for sale are shipped as soon as possible.
Delays are not common but possible, please be patient. All purchases
are guaranteed delivery.
Custom made items are made according to my schedule and will be
stocked for sale. When ordering, an estimated delivery time may be sent to you by email. In stock items
are shipped within 48-72 hours unless otherwise notified by email.
Depending on your location, delivery times will vary.
Online Web EBook Purchases
I sell online informational instructions for
woodworking. These are sold as is and their is no refund for
purchases. If for any reason you are unable to find your purchased
online ebook(s), please for
updated information.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped by UPS. Some shipments may not
be available depending on your country. Shipping in the Continental
U.S. (all 50 states) and Puerto Rico are UPS Ground.
I soon hope to be able to ship International
shipments as UPS Worldwide Expedited© which is estimated at 2-5
days.
Product Guarantees
Any product purchased has a money-back guarantee if
returned with a postmark no later than 7 days, (Continental U.S.,
Puerto Rico orders), or 14 days, (International orders), from the
date of shipment in it's original condition or undamaged. (There is
no refund if you damage product.) You are responsible for shipping
cost for returns unless the product was damaged in shipment to you.
For returns, you must provide a delivery date confirmation from the
shipping label and your invoice number on your receipt included with
your order. It is best to make copies or include the originals.
Do not accept damaged products from the shipper. You
are responsible to inspect product upon delivery. If you are
unavailable when delivered, then you accept product as shipped. We
insure all product shipments and UPS will reimburse us for damages
to product during shipping. Damaged shipments should be reported and
returned to the shipper immediately preferably upon delivery.
Discounted Items
All discounted item sales are final. No refund is
available unless the product was damaged upon delivery and should be
reported and returned to the shipper immediately.
